Filled with fresh produce, meats, and delicious snacks, Anthony and Jorge grab sopapillas and mote con huseillo for a quick meal. Then at Carmen’s, a food stall in the neighboring market, the pair enjoy caldopata (hoof soup), chunchules (fried intestines), and pastel de choco (corn pie). Later, Jorge and Tony drive up the Chilean coast, stopping to enjoy a completo, Chile's version of a hot dog with the works. Finally, it’s time for a local favorite, razor clams with cheese - yes, please!
