A Day of Small Things | A Midsummer Night's Dream // What does it say about love? @adayofsmallthings | Uploaded November 2022 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
According to your comments, A Midsummer Night's Dream is the favourite Shakespeare's play for many of you. Now I have read it and watched it, I completely understand why it's so popular! In this video, let’s explore the many aspects of love; the emphasise on locations; and the representation of the rational and the irrational, order and chaos, symbolised by Athens and the wood, expressed brilliantly on stage with the costumes.

The two productions whose photos I show on screen are from Shakespeare's Globe 2013 and National Theatre at Home 2020.
