A mentor’s real job isn’t just to motivate, it’s to elevate energy. There are seven levels of energy, from victimhood to full creation, and most people live stuck in the lower ones. As mentors, we’re responsible for helping others rise, not just through words but through our own evolution. The moment we stop growing, our students hit a ceiling. But when we keep expanding, they expand with us. That’s the highest form of service.
