CHRISTMAS DAY FOOD PREP 🍗

Just thought I’d share in case you enjoy this sort of thing or it’s useful. I prepped 50 roast potatoes today - I’m sick of the sight of them. My auntie is hosting this year but I’m on roast potato, Yorkshire pudding and gravy duty - I’ve done two out of three now, which isn’t bad going at all! I feel like we are so close to being able to switch-off now and I’m so ready. The countdown is on!
