This book will help you be your best self more in ALL areas of life. Highly recommended for everyone. For those insecure with girls, even though this book really isn't about that much.. this book will definitely help you be more confident in your social / dating lives too.
If you are a ForeverAlone, beta male, or TFW NO GF, DEFINITELY GET THIS BOOK! IT WILL HELP YOU SOOOOO MUCH!
BTW, with books I highly recommend you to actually buy a paper copy (or kindle if that's your thing), and give yourself a good and focused reading experience. Books are really worth the investment.
*Update 11/16: I talked to a viewer of mine who read this book on kindle (he reads most of his books in digital form). He said this book is best in written from because many times the book suggests to do certain things. Both versions are great, but he said if someone was 50-50 to go paper.
