I have taken the liberty of stripping the film, "A Kid in King Arthur's Court", of any of its Middle Ages content.
For those of you who are lucky enough to have never seen this film, the plot goes as such:
Kid is playing baseball and loses. Meanwhile, but actually a couple thousand years ago, Merlin is in search of a hero to defeat the bad guy from "True Lies", who plans to overthrow Camelot or something. Merlin reaches into the future and pulls our loser protagonist into Medieval Camelot.
Things happen in the middle of the film and there are a lot of awful jokes.
After the day is saved, Merlin sends our hero back to the baseball game right before he is about to strike out. Luckily, the middle ages have taught him a thing or two, so now he can hit home runs. Also, King Arthur and his daughter, Katey, have decided that they'd rather live in Southern California in 1995 than rule their kingdom.
I've taken out all mentions (even in the credits) of the middle ages, so now this is a short baseball-themed film with a plot twist that doesn't explain itself.
If you haven't seen "A Kid in King Arthur's Court", and plan on seeing it for some reason, I recommend watching "A Kid" first. It's most enjoyable if you try and think of this as a complete film.
