Today's Jamuary prompt was to create a jam with a dark vibe. I decided to try a little dubstep. Please excuse the wrong date on my video title. Wishful thinking on my part!
I used the Microfreak for the bass in the intro section. For the drop I copied the bass part to 3 tracks on the Model:Cycles. One centre, one left tuned down a little and one right tuned up a little. To add to the dubstep feel I found some long dubstep samples which I chopped up to fit the riffs I'd made on the Model:Cycles.
