So this started as a joke idea for a fugue. I had the idea a long time ago to write a fugue with a subject that just repeats the same note over and over again. Now that I've finished it, I realize that this might actually be a good teaching tool to show students what a fugue is. It's also a much easier concept to write so if you're ever interested in writing your first fugue, trying one like this could be the right way to start.
