It was a goal of mine this year to take my 6 year old son Ben fishing for king salmon and have him reel his first one up of his life. We made our way out on the beautiful Pacific Ocean out of Bodega Bay, CA. This area has treated me well this year, got my biggest one ever of 30+ pounds and my fastest limits ever of 4 fish in under one hour. The hot streak in Bodega continued as we were able to get on the salmon quickly and often. A day I will never forget!
