The world has seen an increase in threat actors in most categories, state adversaries, ransomware operators and other criminal operations, and hactivists. Traditional threat models treat these as separate actors. Mike proposed a Converged Actor Framework (CAF).
The CAF focuses on other delineating aspects such as HIHF and HILF, capabilities, etc. Mike will also present both sides of "does attribution matter".
