Corn Casserole:
2 cups corn
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Melt the butter and add the flour. While stirring, pour in milk. Bring to a boil, then add corn, salt, and pepper until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in whisked eggs. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until firm.
Cranberry Jello:

Honey Pumpkin Butter:
1 cup butter, softened
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
6 T pureed pumpkin
1 T vanilla bean paste
5 T raw honey
Whip butter until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and whip until well incorporated. I like to pipe the butter into a dish and drizzle with honey to serve.
Turkey:
12 lb Turkey
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 cup water
1 chicken boullion cube
3/4 cup vinegar
3 T worcestershire sauce
1 T salt
3 T sugar
3/4 tsp pepper
Put apple into turkey cavity, and spread butter all over turkey. Place in roast pan. Mix the water and chicken boullion and pour over the turkey. Mix vinegar, worcestershire sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Pour over turkey. Wrap at least 2 layers of tin foil over the turkey and bake at 500 for 1 1/2 hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN! Just turn it off and let the turkey sit overnight in the hot oven. In the morning, take it out and garnish as desired.
