My thoughts on the latest in a long string of adaptations of the classic tale by Charles Dickens of the same name, starring Jim Carrey as the curmudgeonly miser. . Does the newer adaptation bring fresh life to a tale done (well) many times before? Or does the 3-D gimmickry put a damper on the true spirit for Christmas?

My review of the old, trashy and frankly pretty terrible anime OVA Root Search. Like horror? Like sci-fi? Like genre blending? This MIGHT be worth a really, REALLY boring-night watch online (though finding it will prove nigh impossible). As an addendum to the review Id also like to point out the cover and title have NOTHING in relation to the actual movie. The title could be argued but the cover sure as hell is pointless, despite its relatively well-drawn nature. DONT BE FOOLED! Watch the review to get the nitty-gritty!
