Duke Ellington and the big band genre – a success story that continues to this day! On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of his birth and the 50th anniversary of his death, the orchestra and the BigBand of the Deutsche Oper Berlin, under the musical direction of Titus Engel and Manfred Honetschläger, together with the singer Fola Dada and the saxophonist Tony Lakatos, are dedicating a unique concert homage to the bandleader and composer, which you won't want to miss!
