♥ In today's video, I share a little cautionary tale for beginner runners on the topic of strength training. I have made all the beginner mistakes you can possibly make, from increasing my distance too much too soon to not incorporating any strength training whatsoever. So this time around when I wanted to get going with my running again I teamed up with The Run Experience and they are helping me find a running routine that works for my body so I don't have to injure myself all the time.

♥ In todays video, I share my top 15 horror (and thriller) movies of all time. Im pretty new to horror movies in general and have a pretty specific taste. I hate everything supernatural, which means that I miss out on a bunch of them. I only like movies where human beings are the bad guys. Do you agree or do you prefer the supernatural?
Oh, Im sure a lot of you will recommend Split, but I have seen it and even though it was okay it was not a movie that I really enjoyed all that much. So yeah, have seen it, not on my list.
