♥ In today's video, to "celebrate" or bring awareness to Mental Illness Awareness Week, I speak about my latest mental health struggle. This time around it is different since I am not in control. It's is a more emotional struggle than "cognitive" and I do not feel very comfortable speaking to a therapist about it in person. So BetterHelp is definitely a good option for me this time around.
