This is my 32nd #Shorts video. In this video I give you a brief history of the Apple MagSafe charger from MagSafe 1 to MagSafe 2, iPhone MagSafe and MagSafe 3. The Original Apple Magsafe was launched in 2006 with a T shape and then later, L shaped design as the Magsafe 1 charger. Then with the 2012 Macbook redesign, we saw the slimmer and wider Magsafe 2 which also had an aluminum body on the charger end. Then, in late 2016 with the launch of the TouchBar Macbooks, Magsafe was discontinued in favor of USB-C charging. We would hear the name MagSafe again in 2020 with the launch of the iPhone MagSafe charger and accessories. And then finally in 2021 we saw the return of the MagSafe for Macbook in the form of the much slimmer and wider MagSafe 3 charger alongside the M1 Pro and M1 Max Macbook announcement.
