The documentary, A Breath of Spring, was made for the Air Conditioning and Advisory Bureau in 1971. Shows how air conditioning can benefit those working in the polluted environments of the city. Amongst several examples we see an underground bar and bistro where air conditioning is used to extract the smoke caused by cigarettes!
