This video has been ready for uploaded for quite a while. I could've gotten this done already. :-P Well, now that it's up, enjoy the video.
I thought I've read (or heard) about these things for DVD's and CD's. What would a supposedly "protective" add-on layer do to a DVD? This video will show you.
I might as well clarify that it was some previous owner who put the layer on a DVD.
By the way, "The Blue Planet - Seas of Life" is sure worth watching on my 26-inch Toshiba HDTV (what you see in the video). Better than the IMAX movie with the same name in 1990, which has nothing to do with the BBC series. Both the IMAX movie and BBC series I got from a local library. The IMAX movie was already returned while I renewed the remaining 2 DVD's to have a chance to see them.
