Blue Diamond is my favourite character from Steven Universe, so this was only a matter of time! This is a sad song inspired by what Blue Diamond has experienced. Luckily, a dear friend of mine, Janina, volunteered to give this song her voice, and I think she sounds absolutely stunning! Alrighty! Its the first time for everything and this is the first time Ive ever included rap singing in any of my music. It was incredibly fun recording them, and I will definitely consider trying to make more. However, I was kinda bewildered about what to do with this type of singing. Im not sure my composing and mixing best support the rapping you hear in this song. Anyway, its a first step at least :) I hope you like it!
