♥ In today's video, it's our first day home alone as Sonny starts his new full-time job! The pups and I go for some walks in the beautiful weather and I cook my first of five vegan dinners this week. It might not have gone exactly as planned but it still tasted okay hehe. Recipe below!

Ingredients (I doubled the recipe)
250 g natural tofu
2 tbsp Japanese soy
1/2 a lemon (the juice)
1 tsp flour
1 dl water
2 tsp vegetable stock
1 ml chili flakes
2 carrots
250 g broccoli
1 dm leek
A few pieces of cauliflower
3 cloves vitlök
3 "branches" of kale
2 tbsp oil
Marinade: Mix the soy, lemon, flour, water, stock, chili flakes, and garlic. Let the tofu sit in half of it while you prepare the vegetables.
Fry the tofu (with half of the marinade in the pan).
Fry the thicker veggies and thinner veggies separately so they get the time they need in the pan. Then add everything together and add the second half of the marinade.
Serve with rice!
