A 611 Sampler Fall 1989 documents excursions pulled by Norfolk & Western 611 in Kentucky & Tennessee in the fall of 1989. This program documents the Bluegrass Limited, a pair of round trip excursions to Danville, Kentucky sponsored by the Cincinnati Railroad Club. Also included is the climb up Erlanger Hill in Erlanger Kentucky, where the 611 struggles to keep its footing and slips a few times.
This program was produced by the now defunct Lasting Impressions, a video company that operated out of Louisville Kentucky from 1982 to 1991 making railroad videos. Most if not all of the Lasting Impressions shows are lost with only 10 having been found up to this point in Time.
