This is the exquisite Citroen Xsara Kit-Car of Lars Berntsen, a replica built to emulate 100% the legendary Front Wheel Drive Rally Car of Citroen Racing, the very last 2 Wheel Drive Car to win a full WRC round, all the way back in 1999. Here we see it for the 2nd time at Lillehammer HillClimb, where it was possible to witness the tremendous build quality and just how fast while preparing to go to Rally Legend in San Marino. Fitted now with an evolved screaming XU10J4RS unit fitted producing around 285Hp/9.200Rpm and going all the way to 9.500Rpm and weighing 1000Kg (local weight limitations, or else it would be 960Kg as the official cars had) this is a personal favourite from the very person writing these words and a car we, for years, wished to see a unit doing some Hillclimb Racing. And now we are starting to see it being used more regularly and reaching the insane spec that the Citroen Racing works cars had.
