Although I’m a part of the coaching industry myself, I’ve grown increasingly upset with its current state. More and more people are realizing that the majority of 8-week online courses and 12-day retreats can’t deliver the massive breakthroughs they so deeply crave. Most of the containers out there are fundamentally ill-equipped to create real, long-lasting transformation and are more focused on generating substantial income for the coaches.
We need changes. Fundamental changes.
