As part of my journey of leaning further into my inner athlete, I recently discovered the term 'eudaimonia,' which describes the kind of pleasure derived from pursuing something truly challenging. This concept resonates deeply with a part of myself, but it is also responsible for a significant amount of harm and suffering. It's a double-edged sword, for sure. Let's explore this!
