94-year-old George hopes to get his historic watermill working again.
Possibly established by Rievaulx Abbey in the medieval period, Low Mill in North Yorkshire is recorded in 16th-century documents and was later rebuilt between 1785 and 1786.
It's now been upgraded from Grade II to Grade II* on the National Heritage List for England because of its rarity.
Owner George Harrison is hoping news of the upgrade will help him secure funding and help to get the watermill working again.
George first got involved at Low Mill in 1995 and moved there permanently in 1999. With his late wife Hazel, they began restoring the watermill.
