This version has been scrapped. The light only works on a full battery.
This version has a module from an energy saving LED light and lots of hot glue and the remains of the first LED torch (LED Died so I hit it with the bug zapper). The LEDs on the module are wired in series and there are three modules totaling out to around 27 volts but the circuitry in the bulb brings the 115VAC down to around 24VDC Rectified.
