Spring Sizzle Part 2 - Record Highs in the Mid 90s with Excessive Heat Warning.
(Correction to upload posted on May 26, 2010: By May 92, the smoother gradient , smaller CC icons and slower ticker draw out speed we're already in place. Previous posting didn't have these updates. Link to previous video in Video Responses.)
WeatherSTAR 4000 Phase 9:
April 2, 1992:
* The size of the Current Conditions icons are decreased again for the final time.
* On the gradient background, a 2nd "smoother" gradient is added over top of the first 8 color orange to blue layer of gradient.
* The speed of the ticker text "drawing out" is slowed down.
April 11th, 1992:
* The fizzle transition is removed before and after the Regional Forecast.
