In this video I share about my 8-week postpartum update and C-section recovery. I talk about my experience – both physically and emotionally – everything from dealing with the “baby blues” to resenting my husband. Parts of this video were difficult for me to film – let alone publish on the internet. I hope hearing about my post-delivery experience is helpful to at least one person out there.
