✨In this sound bath, we will be focusing on the 6 energy points that make up the Solar Plexus Chakra:
•Stomach/Intestines
•Spleen
•Left Adrenal Gland
•Right Adrenal Gland
•Liver
•Primary Solar Plexus Chakra
Some have defined these energy centers as their own 'minor' chakras associated with the Solar Plexus ‘primary' chakra.
✨In this practice, we will focus on each of these areas, cleansing, clearing and re-balancing them with specific frequencies. I've personally interpreted their representation in vibration form in the list below:
🧡The Harvest Moon Tibetan singing bowl note E that resonates at 216Hz and represents the Stomach/Intestines.
🧡The 126.22Hz Sun Solar Plexus tuning fork represents the Spleen
🧡The 647Hz Tube Harp represents the Pancreas
🧡The 1319Hz Tube Harp represents the Adrenal Glands
🧡The 2019.52Hz Sun chime represents the Liver
🧡And lastly, the 324Hz crystal singing bowl represents the primary Solar Plexus chakra
By aligning all 7 of these minor chakras with the primary chakra, we allow any blockages to clear. Remember to take time to focus on each energy point individually during this sound bath to will allow for release and clearing to take place.
When your Solar Plexus chakra feels balanced and aligned you will have a greater sense of self-confidence. This will open doors for you, allowing abundance to flow freely into your life.

✨Every 88 days, Mercury completes one trip around the Sun. This means that several times per year, Mercury appears to reverse its course in the sky. This is known as a Retrograde and some believe it can have a profound impact on our lives, especially in the areas of communication and technology.
✨In Roman Mythology, Mercury was known as the messenger for the Gods. Much like the Roman God, some say his namesake planet has power over our communications. So when the planet appears to reverse direction, communications can become chaotic and confused in not only our personal lives, but with technology as well.
✨This sound bath was designed to help us navigate through these times of miscommunication and misunderstandings by allowing us to embody the vibrations needed to stay grounded through the transition.
✨We encompassed this sound bath in our Mercury tuning fork (141.27hz) as the base track with our Symphonic Gong to allow us to feel deep grounding during this time. Weve also included our Planetary Mercury Chime (2260.32hz) to bring awareness to the transitions of this sound bath as we cycle from our Low octave G note into our High octave G (383hz) note. Lastly, we included our note D (285hz) to represent our Sacral Chakra and the ability to stand firm with our emotions during this time of chaos and our note E (325hz) to represent our Solar Plexus Chakra, giving us the courage and confidence to navigate these times with strength.
