Our efforts can't just be focused on building something beautiful on our land. This is too narrow. If we want to help building a Florence of the 21st the century, a true hub for the renaissance humanity is going through right now, we need to have the full ecosystem that surrounds us, the whole area in which our land is embedded, in mind.
