And yes, over the millennia we developed a very sophisticated consciousness that sets us apart from all the other animals out there.
It's our invitation to live lives that honor both dynamics. To integrate instead of segregating.
Or to put it in Spiral Dynamics terms: we need to embody both the purple and the yellow in order to thrive maximally. An accomplishment that is pretty rare to this date - and that's why it's so important.
