The City of Bisbee has agreed to pay me 75k to settle the federal lawsuit I have against them regarding the animal control officer who incited violence against me on June 10th, 2020. I’d like to point out that the Animal Control Officer was fired, but that the 3 officers who attacked me, Carlos Moreno, Timothy Defoor, and Bradley Nash are still patrolling the streets of Bisbee. Police Chief Albert Echave, Mayor Ken Budge, and Steve Pauken can end this violence against our community by firing the officers who have shown the world they are capable of committing violence.
