Here are some tips on how to prepare for Physics Olympiads.

They are applicable to all Physics Olympiads, for example - The British Physics Olympiad Round 1, The British Physics Olympiad Senior Challenge, American F=ma exam, American Physics Olympiad, the Asian Physics Olympiad and of course, the International Physics Olympiad.
As examples I am using the syllabus of the international physics olympiad IPhO. This can be accessed here: ipho-new.org/statutes-syllabus (you need to scroll down near the end of the page)

I solve cover an overview of the mathematics required including calculus, differential equations, differentiation and integration.

And some problem solving techniques for physics olympiads and some wider topics such as time management.
