So, you're trying to rescue a rare drop from 6-4E but you have no idea where to go?

6-4E is arguably better to run than 6-6 when you value your time spent, as you have 6 dice rolls of S ranks (5 boss kills, 1 S rank stage clear) in 7 turns opposed to 1 dice roll of S rank (1 boss kill) in 2 turns for 6-6.
Do strongly consider running 6-4E if you have the squads capable of running 6-6 already, it'll be well worth your time.

Due to possible ping differences, its usually better to outright kill the intruder from a distance unless you neutralize him fairly close. You can see me failing to fulton extract the intruder in this video. An alternative is to use the classic Hand of Jefuty pull right before the person gets on his feet but I honestly didnt get accustomed enough to use it well yet.
Sleep grenades and stun grenades, and just grenades in general, are an excellent asset to use in both FOB offense and defense. Attacker in this video is seen slowly losing patience and focus after being naded by myself a few times.")
