I meditated 60 hours in 60 days. Here are three things I learned – the third is why I'm doing it again.

One: An hour takes you to a different place. Fifteen minutes, five, even two is better than nothing. But by the end of an hour, I find I reach a sense of calm and clarity I can't get any other way.

Two: I'm actually more productive. You'd think by doing nothing an hour each day, you'd get less done. But when I meditate an hour a day, I waste less time and work faster.

Three: You have better ideas. This doesn't just happen while you're meditating. All day, I found, I was having better ideas. When I did my 60-hour meditation challenge, I had better, bolder ideas that grew my business. #meditation #navalravikant
