The chandelier I built for my sister's wedding is on a reel, so I can raise it up out of the way when it isn't being used. The reel is in the loft of the barn, which I've always regretted not having put it down on the main floor so it would be more visible. This project is moving it down to the bottom of the stairs and finishing the wall with pallet wood.
