Are you tired of telling yourself time and time again that you can delete the app, set timers on apps or just have more willpower? Tired of the time suck of going to check your phone for text messages and boom 30 minutes later you realize you ended up on some app? Are you ready to have clearer thoughts and just be more present? I feel you on all of this and I am sharing how I have quit the smartphone and been using the light phone for 6 months now, how I have replaced some of the tools from a smartphone, and what I think about the light phone.
