This video showcases the 5G Northern European Transport Corridor project (5G NETC), led by Telia Sweden, Telia Finland and Latvia Mobilais Telefons. The project seeks to deploy and configure dedicated 5G coverage for transport and logistics services along highways and railway corridors in the northern European part of the Scandinavian-Mediterranean Trans-European Transport Network and North Sea-Baltic corridors. In this video, Mats Mudigonda Lundbäck, former Vice President of Strategic Programs at Telia, explains how the project is working to ensure service continuity in these corridors and seamless connectivity across borders. 5G NETC is supported by funding from the EU’s Connecting Europe Facility (CEF Digital).
