I finally got to the store to stock up on some much needed meat and fresh fruits and veggies. I'm working to lighten up our diet and our budget post-hanukkah, so I hope you like the meals I've come up with using these groceries and a few things I have in the house.

Note: While we pack kosher-style meals for my daughter to take to her Jewish school each day, the meat items I purchased at this market are not kosher.
