Every year we like to do a few activities to celebrate Tu Bishvat (Tu B'Shevat), the Jewish Birthday of the Trees. While there are many different ways to observe Tu Bishvat traditions, here are some easy, low stress ways our family will be celebrating this year, with the holiday falling on the evening of Feb 9th, through Feb 10, 2020 (aka the 15th day of Shvat).
