I spent 4 months planning this and 2 months working on it. The plastic I used for the burst discs is called PEI. They use it as build sheets for 3D printing Ultem. The air cannon was pressurized to 145 PSI and the barrel only had a vacuum of about -15 Hg. I had to special order the razor blades and they cost $2300. That's because the minimum order was 300 feet and I over estimated and bought 400 feet🤷‍♂️
