I want these shows back!
There have been many classic examples of shows that were cancelled too soon, like Freaks & Geeks and Firefly, but these ones really cut me deep.
Speaking of Freaks & Geeks, if you liked that, check out Undeclared. It has a great cast and it’s a half hour comedy that is honestly a lot more consistently funny compared to Freaks & Geeks.
I have heard some rumblings about a third season for Mindhunter, but I’m not holding out hope. (Please @netflix!).
I also loved Archive 81, but Netflix let that one go too. If you haven’t seen it, it’s a great Halloween watch.
Our Flag Means Death is a must watch if you like @taikawaititi and his style of comedy. It’s a hilarious show on Max that definitely deserved more.
And of course, Hannibal. What was NBC thinking! @bryanfullergram had a massive hit on his hands. Maybe it was too ahead of its time. Too violent and horrific for network TV. But boy do I wish it got a couple more seasons!
