Note: I was having trouble finding the published research on the mold spores done by Dr. Shane Rogers, so I reached out to him via email. While the psychological effects of black mold and fungal spores are known, and his team did find: "greater airborne mold spore counts in places we have investigated that are reported haunted than similar locations that are not," his research is still ongoing and has yet to be published.
