I killed ~11.5 Glacors in 5 minutes, and that is a rate of 138/hr
Each Glacor gives 5584 xp to the stat you are training (Mage) plus ~1860 ish to Hitpoints, so that is a rate of 770,592 Mage xp per hour, and about 256,680 Hitpoints xp per hour.
