Running through firewall method (because people keep asking and I'm too lazy to put the answer in)- Basic background on the movement of runescape characters- when you run two spaces, your character never registers as being in the center square. Since the firewall is only one block thick, you can click to run through it as it's about to enter the square that you start in. Ez as pie.
