With low back pain, sometimes it can be hard to lie down and get up. Here are some easy pain relief treatments to help relieve low back pain while seated. First, a seated cat/cow and figure 4 stretch are great ways to get the muscles in the low back and hips loosened up.

Another great way to help relieve low back pain is with a TENS Unit.
