New video finally up and it’s all about acne. By now we’re familiar with the different active ingredients in “Acne Treatments” but how we use them can make all the difference. First we need to have an understanding of the different types of acne before we can understand how to treat them. Some ingredients can be very effective on some types of acne and ineffective on others while potentially drying it out or irritating uneccesarily. Some help stop the breakout cycle while others are better for prevention and maintenance. I'm sharing with you the best ingredients for comedonal, inflammatory and hormonal acne available without prescription, what they do and how to best use them. Also, when OTC won't be enough and you need a Dermatologist to help you examine what's going on and further treatment. Ofcourse, I'm also sharing some of my favourite formulas at the moment.
