All there is to know about LED Light Therapy. Not all LED treatments or devices are the same. So I'm giving you a run down of what to expect and what to look for if you're interested in investing in a home device. It's taken a while of trying the different devices available and learning more about what really works. I also explain why I don't opt for Blue Light in my devices, and which wavelengths of Red light I look for. I also share a couple of devices that I personally trust and will give you the closest alternative to a professional salon treatment!
