This TAS is slower than the 11"93 by WaluiJ because, i can't use the same route like he used in his record. In this version the wall is thicker so that the arieal hitbock can't destroy both targets at once. Because of that i was forced to use a different route. But that was the fastest route for some reason even although it looks kinda weird imo.
I really felt like getting this sub 12 for some reason, i don't know why :D I used the 0.9.2 version of this romhack, because i didn't want to redo the first part of this stage.
This is an updated version of Ganondorf`s BtT stage, in case you wonder why this time is slower than my previous run. But i really felt like giving this version a try. :) Hope you enjoy it anyway.

Bleh. Just a tie record, i really tried a faster slip of the ledge at P9 but it doesn't matter what i tried i always land on 14"67 even although i can jump a frame earlier. Also different angle jumps won't save a frame on the P9 and the other platforms are maxed out for sure. :/

I really would love to see that this 10"xx barrier get broken someday. I spent a lot of effort into this TAS for kinda nothing, because it doesn't matter too much at the end. You are forced too lose saved frames at the moving platform cycle, otherwise 10"00 is the maxed result. If we would be fast enough to hit the 9 target with the Up+B and still land on the platform it would save a lot of time, but it is not possible with the current route (execpt of we would save a few frames, what is not possible) so if you've any idea/suggestion let me know, i really want to see a 9"xx for Luigi's Break the Targets but for now with 10"00 is max :/

Turned out pretty well imo. Slipping off ledges were really slower for some reasons. When i tried slipping of the first ledge YL`s jump won't make it on the moving plattform, and therefore the boomerang would never get the correct angle to hit all of the targets. After the second boomerang throw YL can slip of the ledge but then the boomerang won't follow the last targets correctly in a row, if i would delay the jump after slipping of the ledge though i managed to get it to work but then i got only a 4"80 even although it looks so much better. But for now i am really satisfied with this time and hope you enjoy this small clip =)
Huge improvement over my recent record because of a route change at the end. :) Sub 12 is definitely possible but i'm too lazy to save these few frames and i'm tired of TASing Falco to be honest.
I really worked hard on this TAS but i only managed to get a tie world record for this event for now. I een could save a frame at the final hit, but Bowser always jumped immediately out of the meteor attack so i don't know if a 7"25 is possible when he won't do that. I really tried a lot of different movement to manipulate the RNG but he always saved himself. I might try this event later again since i saved already a frame at the end (Not seen here cause the last hit looks not very well when you delay it to still get a 7"26)
Edit: There is a way to finish this event faster, for Bowser's second K.O you can kill him faster with Mario's tornado move. But this way only works on the 1.0 version. So i decided to add 1.2 version record in the title, since this TAS was done on 1.2 version.

I don't know why, but KM saved there a frame on the landing and i really tried for hours to compare it. This method of ledge clipping was found by Skater. It saves here to damage yourself down to 1/2 hearts for the cutscene skip and saves a lot of time, when done corretly. This method would be used in a MST(Medalion, Stones and Trials) run, but i assume TAS would do Dodongo's Cavern in 1 trip so you eventually don't have bombs here.
You've to get ISG for this ledge clip it's kinda precise where you have to stand for getting this cutscene skip to work. While you standing really really close to the cutscene you backwalk of the bridge, ISG keeps you from falling of(Not needed for that) and then you press B to use your sword, you will lose ISG because of that action, and Link tries to grab the ledge here you will fall of out of bounds that's the reason why we need ISG, without ISG it won't work and the game loads Link on the bridge like it's supposed to do.

The one slash against the wall after Hessing over the hole was necessary to cancel the the Hoverboots gravity from the Hess speed.
The 000 Glitch at the Boss Room only works on the 1.0 and 1.1 version of this game. It basically hits the unloaded version of Bongo, and then the game supposed the Battle already started and doesn't trigger the Bongo Bongo cutscene anymore.
