4k Virtual Hike - Petroglyph Point Trail | Mesa Verde National Park Virtual Hike
Petroglyph Point Trail is a 2.4 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, running, nature trips, and bird watching and is best used from March until November.
Mesa Verde National Park charges a fee to enter. Fees are $30 per vehicle (Winter: $20) or $25 per motorcycle (Winter: $15). If you are entering on foot or bike the fee is $15 per person (Winter: $10). You can also purchase a park specific annual pass for $55. Winter Rates apply Jan 2 - Apr 30 and Nov 1 - Dec 31.
Amazing trail. Super easy, but beautiful stunning views. Only takes about an hour to an hour and a half depending how much you stop and take pictures. You can’t miss the petroglyphs! There is a sign, so don’t ruin your time by searching for them.
